True, and the amount of prefabricated food with added sugar to market it “taste better” is insane tbf.

It’s of course different from nations but it’s a big problem in almost every industrialised country.

Working people diet.. my grandfather was the same. Woodcutter/logger and I can truly say that the amount of calories/fat they are would give a urban hipster heart problems within 24h :)

Off course, culture, availability and knowledge are a big factor.

Now we have influences from all over the world with spices, techniques etc and I think that the fusion and evolvement also benefits the “original” as there is always exciting to see the OG of your food.

I have a cook book from 1935 and there is not a lot that I find appealing in there. Still a few things that I will try but for sure not one of each ;)

Thanks, the knight house Moritat is lacking in some transfers as the Furian sheet was not a viable at the time of painting, but that has been reminded and when the entire force is on the table it should have some more bling
