My strategy is to insta lock zen, then I wait to see what everyone else picks and if there aren't 2 tanks I'll usually swap to dva and if I'm the only healer I'll usually swap to ana. Most often though I get to stay zen

Yeah I don't have a super rational reason for preferring 2 tank max, I'm just having a better time playing it I guess. I can see how allowing that much freedom to choose cancerous compa could get out of hand but ime comps have mostly been pretty good
