how does it work? does it have a separate name? term?

My brain recently gave me this question:If a man changed his gender to female and loves women,is he a lesbian or straight?And if a woman changed her gender to male and loves guys, is she gay or straight?And if a woman changed her gender to male and loves women,is she lesbian or straight?

And I'm thinking of changing the tree to something more European, Scandinavian,German.Can anyone tell me if there are similar figured trees?
