For each entity, we show how each of the studies contributed to the Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 lists.

If we combine the genes from all studies, the total number grows from 81 at the end of 2011 to nearly 700 a decade later. Clearly this is severely inflated. This is because gene lists from each study includes some "novel" genes and many of these are ultimately never replicated.

According to WHO-HAEM5, there are ~150 DLBCL genes, which is based on Reddy et al. This cannot be complete because several new genes were described in subsequent studies. Comparing gene lists between recent studies shows many genes are unique to the Reddy list, implying it's also inflated.

A genomic study on Follicular lymphoma (FL) in today's issue of Blood provides a foundation that will hopefully lead to new therapies for patients who are unlikely to benefit long-term from standard-of-care. I'll explain how:

Ask and ye shall receive. However, if you meant "shape of an actual heart" as opposed to this shape then it would take a lot more work and probably not be recognizable 😜

I asked ChatGPT "based on what you know about me. draw a picture of what you think my current life looks like”

Nice try. If only my desk was that tidy. Maybe I'll try again after asking for some tips on how to keep my workspace organized.

Here is the full one! Not sure why it crashed. Usually the app is pretty robust but sometimes the Google Scholar servers refuse the request (especially when there's a lot of users trying to make clouds at the same time).

The Semantic Scholar version of this app works better in these cases. Here's yours.
