It goes over some really simple stuff people should know, but still good of them to cover it however, I would never suggest anyone learn from youtube. if you can't afford to train proper, you can't afford the hospital bill from breaking something. I suggest always having someone qualified

Honestly I wouldn't follow some of this, pic included shows how the first two are just escalation and as someone with a martial arts bg, trained as a security guard (in Aus, Vic), this is just bad advice and could be disproportionate force used, which can get rid of any self-d claim

Just rediscovered one of my favorite albums I used to listen to all the time! Smoko at the pet food factory by Frenzal Rhomb.
The fucking album cover is unforgettable and helped me find them again, punk got me through a lot as a kid and still does I guess!
