I watched the BLACKPINK documentary and I didn't realize that K-Pop artists do an intensive training for 4+ years. Not that it's bad but it falls more in line with classical musicians and athletes take rather than rock musicians who play in a garage and do coke until they accidentally write a hit.

I’m proud to be a New Yorker right now even though I’m registered upstate and merely got to vote for the new town clerk and head of highways and roads, I felt like we all made a difference!

Just saw the new Antares thing that changes your voice into a different voice. How about this: Go onto instagram and find one of a million people who can sing and ask them if they want to sing on your tune. Hell, get out of your house, go hear a band and talk to them. What are we doing here?

As I'm listening to a French radio station playing Horace Silver's "A Song For My Father" I'm reminded that there's more music created before I was born that I could ever listen to in my life time. Forget everything since... Such an abundance of beauty. Why would we ever outsource it?
