🍽 #whatscooking Baked Mac & Cheese from scratch. Base of bechamel sauce for the cheese. Seasonings incl.: black pepper, garlic &mustard powders, paprika, and a few dashes of hot sauce. Panko mixed w/melted butter for topping crunch. Good, but I think I prefer a creamier, somewhat thinner sauce.
