Not the point of the post, but as a Twitch streamer myself, people both on the inside & outside have no idea how much work goes into being even minimally successful. & still, luck is a huge factor.

He probably thought he'd play video games all day & the $$ would just roll in. Not how it works.

Oh definitely same here with my ADHD (which just gave me a 'you have no discipline' complex for life), but the way the original commenter posed the question made me think that's the way they were going. Could totally be wrong, though. :)

At the very least, though, "You're overreacting" needs to be seen as the Red Flag Deal Breaker that it is.

Ugh, she can't even get him to change his clothes, which is worse because he's rubbing *those* germs all over furniture, counters, walls, etc.

She may have some shame around being a germaphobe, but he married her, too, & that includs her idiosyncrasies, which need to be taken into account.

This is a great response and something we should be reminded of regularly!

My hubby prefers me to be comfortable. I ask him sometimes if he'd like me to me to wear this or that, or put put my hair up in a certain way, and he always says, "I want you to be comfortable." If I'm comfortable I'm relaxed, & that is the most attractive thing for him - to see me just being me.

For anyone thinking he should have done a better job of expressing his dislike for the pie, he didn't say it TASTED burnt, he said it LOOKED burnt. This isn't an issue with the *way* he expressed himself. He was just being am asshole.
