Centrism / Liberalism is extremism. Absent of intellectual / moral red lines. Capable of anything to take power.

UK Unions should disaffiliate. Stop funding Labour's austerity attacks on workers. Stop funding Labour's genocide complicity.
Mentally I mean.

I'm not going to waste time on someone who's clearly ill.

The 16 month sentence was 100% for burglary/ice-cream theft during the riots.

Drugs, theft, violence get a bit of prison time. Single murders and rapes get a bit more prison time.

For genocidal war criminals w tens of thousands of systematic executions on their hands 'prison time' doesn't really cut it.

It's another level of evil that needs another level of punishment.

There are so many hilarious YouTube videos like: 'Get AI to animate for you!! Free! Easy! Automatic!'.

Where 90% of the video is manual editing to solve the errors in the generated animation.

It'd be quicker to learn to animate! And the result would be what you want - not an approximation!

I guess what I care abt is groups not getting in each others way. Easily avoided if they're in the same party.

I don't care if a Green, Independent, or a 'new' Left candidate wins. As long as 1 does.

If they stand against each other, I won't have time for any.

Party/career ego needs to go.

I think after watching Starmer - more people would be interested in him as PM now.

Since 2017/19, the myth of Centrism sensibly 'sorting everything out' has met the reality of the vacuous incompetence of centrist governance.

That leaves the Left / Greens or Reform for those who want something new.
July 4, 2025 at 4:27 PM
It's people like McDonnell who, in 2020 kept saying 'stay and fight' that lost the left the last 5 years of building. In that same time Reform was founded and is now odds on to win the next election...

Meanwhile McDonnell has done nothing in the Labour party. He is ignored & irrelevant.

Saying 'tax the rich' isn't lazy. The principle is entirely rational.

There's no requirement for every person to lay out a personally developed full tax plan. That's what political parties, the government and those they employ are for.

Voters just have to say what values should be embodied.

Sultana should join the Greens. So should Corbyn.

They've fucked up. There isn't time to start a new party now.

Unless they somehow magically come out this week with an entire national structure in place. Which isn't going to happen is it?
July 4, 2025 at 4:08 PM
I'd love Sultana to be PM. But I aint voting for a party with 6 candidates across the country and just 4 years to the next election.

2020 was the year to start building.

Now, we need to get a lift on the backs of the Greens. They're not perfect, but they exist and have the structure in place.

In that looooong, silent, absent vacuum caused by the absolute stasis of all prominent left wingers - the Greens have absorbed the homeless left.

And they have an anti-genocide / anti-austerity / pro tax the rich leadership candidate.

And NOW is the time to start a new left party?

Come on.
