Pac-Man World: Re-Pac
Well this game is just adorable. I have no history with the World games outside of renting 2 a couple times as a kid, so this was all new to me. The game is quite easy with only a few bumps in difficulty throughout, but it’s fun and all around very charming. Great for kids!

Sonic’s foray into open world MOSTLY works. Mostly. It feels great to play but for some reason the game is constantly trying to find ways to make it feel bad. Not enough space here to fully get into what that means. Ultimately it’s fun and I look forward to whatever they do next.

One of my favorite games ever. It’s 15 years old now which is insane and also nearly half my life. John Marston is one of my favorite game protagonists, I love the way he compartmentalizes and justifies himself and argues with everyone around him. Just. Man. What a game.

I don’t have much to say about this one tbh. It’s a fun early-10’s cover shooter. The Orks are a fun enemy. Combat in the game reminded me of musou games where you’re just annihilating little guys to focus on the big guys. WAAAGH

I’ve played the fuck out of this game and I love it a lot. While the gameplay and structure has been iterated upon and arguably improved, the story is still the best and hasn’t been close to being topped. A true classic. A criterion collection of a game.

I’ve played the fuck out of this game and I love it a lot. I played with a mod that restores the Dreamcast models and textures, I’ve only played the DX version before. Definitely more charming than the SA2 models poorly stretched over the animations and being weirdly shiny.

We Love Katamari: Reroll + Royal Reverie
This was my first time playing this one. Lovely, lovely game. Whenever I replay Damacy again I’ll be throwing this one in as well, they compliment each other so nicely. SECRET: Katamari on the Swing>Katamari on the Rocks

I’m a little confused about this bit. Like, isn’t it OpenAI’s responsibility to make sure these responses can’t be made in the first place? Is it against its policies to use it in a toy for children period? This makes it sound like the toymaker specifically put the responses in, not the LLM used.

I gave Sonic Rumble a lot of leeway but the Rumble Rankings are pretty definite black mark against it. Impossible to get into even Bronze rank without paying for skins to boost your score or grind like a madman. And even then, there’s like… five more rankings above Bronze? Insane expectations lmao
