Spent the morning cleaning my desk ready for thesis writing and maybe starting on some short stories this afternoon.

Contains retro handheld, book with short reads, and a puzzle of some sort - Setup Dedicated Audio Player + pillow speaker for sleep aid. - Messages only 2-3 times a day - low-spoon protocol of audiobooks, and notbook by the bed. - Key tools for me -- typewriter, fountain pens, paper planner, journal, commonplace book, pocket notebook, physical timer, analog watch, DAP, pillow speaker, eReaders, Website blockers The goal -- not digital purity, but intentional choice. To have my time and attention belong to me, my creativity and my real life -- not to a default screen.

Just finished rewriting an entire journal article, from typewriter-written draft to complete, referenced pdf, in 4 days. Hands hurt, brain bouncing, time for a nap
