If you draw a salary, you're working class. There are only two classes, labor and capital. If you earn your living off of assets you own, you're capital, if you earn your living off of your labor, you're working class.

We don't have a "justice system" and we never did. We have a punishment bureaucracy designed to oppress and enslave the poor, mostly black and brown.
The entire system exists to defend capital and uphold and enforce white supremacy. It has never once been concerned with "justice".

Its also worth noting that in the US, if a practice isnt explicitly banned on the constitution, it isn't unconstitutional. Anything not enumerated in the constitution is left to the states and/or the people.

There isn't just a single system. You mentioned organized crime. Its a systemic problem, because while its a criminal operation, the system of bribes and corruption enable it. It couldn't exist without it. Misogyny is systemic, because people have an unconscious bias against women.

Systemic issues often exist outside of codified legal frameworks. Racism is systemic even after rhe passage of the CRA.
