It didn’t photograph well and me eggs look weird but this was class. Could eat it every day

Zataar pita with fried peppers and feta with poached eggs (which were really nice and runny)

Love to come home after a long day and immediately smash my brand new jar of Lao Gan Ma peanut chilli oil
