It's a basic sheet pan pizza, fluffy breast dough. Very Sicilian style or close to Detroit style. I've just always heard of sheet pan pizza as a grandma pie no idea why it's called that.

1 and 2 are significantly better than 3 and 4 of the Hyperion series. I still like 3 and 4 though. Added a bit more to the universe. To each their own though. Haven't read Ilium or Olympus.

The Hyperion series by Simmons is one of my favorites. I'm currently listening through the Culture series by Banks. I'm a big fan 3 books in.
