I saw it on Monday and was blown away. I didn't have any expectations going in so maybe that was part of it, but what an amazing example of how superhero films can still be socially relevant.

Imho one of the death knells for the NDP was taking socialism out of the party constitution. It signaled a shift to the right and was the beginning of what lead to the total collapse in the most recent election.

There's definitely a healthy amount of doomerism and a sprinkling of misanthropy on the left, which is certainly counterproductive to building a movement centered on people. It's... unfortunate.

I love the way bolts look for pickups, it's such a clean and modern look. Super classy but kind of angry at the same time. Usually I see them as black, but the chrome here is super clean and I dig it.
