They have all the usual cases you would expect: Bush v. Gore. Citizens United v. FEC. Shelby County v. Holder. But I linked Hernandez v. Mesa because it was the first one I came across where I was actually surprised by completely new information.

There are others that I appreciate for going in greater depth, but this one is highly accessible, and the hosts do a great job making sure that confusing or counterintuitive language is explained, while managing to avoid treating the listener like an idiot.

I really like podcasts with lawyers, for some reason. There was a time that feels forever ago, when I wanted to be one. These folks make an episode about each Supreme Court decision that they hate (for whatever reason), and spend an hour nitpicking it.
