@moore-jonathan.bsky.social
Passionate about building a better liberal future. Mental Health charity chair & Financial Exclusion charity trustee & chair-designate, Social Housing Non-Exec. Lib Dem Councillor: Quays Ward, Salford.
It's been fabulous to work alongside Tom over the last three years. From tomorrow, I will be Chair, which is an exciting moment for me and I'm greatly looking forward to the challenge of campaigning on behalf of the >20 million who are financially excluded.
Fair for You and the Fair Credit Charity today say a fond farewell to @tomlevitt.bsky.social, who has played an important leadership role in these two organisations since we were set up in 2015 - and has been the charity's chair since day one.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

I do hope that any right-minded, normal, liberal, democracy-loving citizens who are on the verge of ordering a new Tesla think again. Nobody in the UK should be buying Teslas right now.

Looking for a new non-exec challenge in 2025?

If you care about inequality, and in particular if you work in retail, financial services or related sectors, @fairforyoucic.bsky.social is looking for new NEDs to help further its mission of changing lives through better lending

My mum writes a monthly blog, blending history and beautiful story-telling with a strong sense of place. She spends many hours crafting it, but has very few readers and subscribers.

It would be great if Bsky could bring her to a wider audience.

Undoubtedly. The overwhelming 'against' for from the Conservatives is particularly striking.

Fascinating vote split on party lines on the assisted dying debate.

Tories strongly against, Labour in favour but not overwhelmingly so, Lib Dems almost entirely in favour.

I'm proud of my party for taking such a clear position, which so well chimes with the mood of the nation.

40% of my followers are into politics, and 60% are into the Oxford Comma.

Loving the Starter Pack experience. Which one next?!

Polly is spot-on with this article. It can be, and should be, a defining moment for Labour to support this and change society. Starmer needs to make his position clear and give a lead to this immensely important proposal.
