We're at the Dupont, WA Farmers Market tomorrow from 3-7pm, Clocktower Park. We'll have fresh lion's mane, king trumpet, blue oysters, gold oysters, and pink oysters. Plus tinctures, candles, and more.

Pink Oysters are some of our usuals. known for their unique flavor, that has a smoky, umami similar to bacon, especially when cooked. They also have a slightly chewy, meaty texture and can take on the flavors of what they're cooked with, making them versatile in the kitchen.
