That's actually a canon NieR character's outfit, 10H. She's from a short story in the novella, NieR: Short Story Long, and appears in NieR Reincarnation.

To be fair, in Sonic Mania's case, there WAS no Physical Edition at the time of its release, that came sometime later after it proved successful, but yeah, for me, its mostly down to what's in the Collector's Edition. It SHOULD come with the game though, period, unlike the Borderlands 4 SE..

I mean, I agree that the full game on cart is the best..but, uh, I'd be a hypocrite if I did, I get collector's editions mostly for the extra content over caring if the game is physical or not. Its preferred, but not required to me.
