Been interested in John Gwynne for a while so decided to read this, first 20% is really cool and it managed to get me invested in the 3 lead characters very quick. I’m a sucker for anything based in Norse Mythos so something as rich with that as this and prose this pretty gripped me immediately

read both of these this weekend they weren’t amazing but had hints of something special (also hints of some very awful stuff) but excited for things to finally get going in Blood of Elves. Some people should not be allowed to write any scenes involving women lol
