I've seen a handful of others which is why I was asking. It may be just a weird coincidence on my feed.

Literally just photoshop's base pencil brush set to size 2 with pressure turned on. I did a lot of going back with an eraser set to pencil mode to "sculpt" the lines and sometimes I'd straight up go pixel by pixel.
