Got some juniper,coriander seeds, Angelica root,and some lemon peel. I’ll split some up when don’t and add some hibiscus flower to make one pink and butterfly pea flower to make one purple.

That’s the first still I bought to learn on. I use it all the time to make small batches of gin,absinthe, and to experiment on.

Get as many as you can. Those are perfect with big batch ferments when doing all grain. They are thick and hot heat in well. Big Band heaters also work great with those.

Great question! I deal with that being in New Jersey. For my smaller fermenters I use an aquarium heater you can get on Amazon. For my bigger fermenters (55 gallons) I was a band heater that you can get on Amazon also.
