Back in 2013 at MetaCon, I was super excited to see someone cosplaying the 7th Doctor! I remember excitedly and shyly asking for a picture. 12 years later I stumbled across who this person was last night from a random YouTube video! So I know it's late but @linkara.bsky.social here is the picture 😅
