This is from the other day. Since Yule began, it's been steadily getting colder outside (yesterday was in the °F negatives with ice!).

From the ‘Celebrity’ selection, a photograph of Angelina Jolie. The photo itself the user who uploaded it applied some ridiculous filter, rendering most of the image fuzzy and blown out. The gamma/exposure is off, leaving black shades dingy and dirty, with whites/neutrals much too bright. They also added a fake “soft lens” blur effect, but topped it off with fake grain. After looking up the original photo of this with Google Lens, it’s a damn shame. She looks very pretty in the original photo. From the ‘Outfit’ search - a girl with long, wavy, auburn-ish/red hair, holding a thick book (“The Handbook of Animal Nature”). She’s wearing an outfit deemed by further investigated tags as ‘dark cottagecore’. There’s a long, plaid skirt with deep greens, dark browns and blacks, held up with a leather belt with two small silver chains as decorative attachments. The top is some sort of modified corset, made with a type of velvet-looking material with a deep plunge neckline. It does not look very supportive for her bust. There is also some sort of necklace smooshed in her cleavage - hard to tell from the pose, but looks like it might be some sort of silver chain and either a locket or a twisted shape piece that looks like a locket. She has black fingernails and several rings on her hands as well. A quote from Augusto Cury: “The sensitive suffer more; but they love more, and dream more.” The image is the quote overlaying a drawn illustration of a little girl sleeping in the woods, some fairies, flora and fauna surrounding her. Meadow and I are just taking things a day at a time. It's back to couch cuddles, drawing and reading, while I try to ignore how much the recent coldfront has put strain on my body. I've invested in some new knee/arm warmers, while doubling down on cuddle time 🥰
