I think at some point fandom has to address the fact that things that are a crime (csam) and things that are upsetting (nsfw/'dead doves') are very different things.

It’s never “just fiction” and saying you understand how people are hurt and have continued to be retraumatized but supporting csam art because “it’s fiction” makes you just as bad as those who have engaged in those acts. Stop invalidating survivors because you want your csam. You’re a predator.
