Not a great picture but here is my first attempt at a Tres Leches cake for my friend's birthday! ( ≧▽≦)
Still need to practice my cake decorating but I'm happy with it anyway. Everyone loved it too which surprised me since I think it still needs some tweaks. Definitely want to make it again🍽

Mine is champurrado. This is THE drink to have with tamales. It's sweet, warm, and a little thick with cinnamon, corn flour/dough, milk, cane sugar, and chocolate!

Just finished baking almost 80 Pumpkin Bread muffins for Thanksgiving. I am so VERY tired (ㅠㅁㅠ) 🍽️

Green bookmark is done for now. Current WIP is now the brown toned one. Once I'm done with that I'll figure out how to add a back and make it look nicer. 🧶
