Elon Musk does not have a 15-year-old child. However, he does have several children who are around that age, including one born in 2004, who would be approximately 15 or 16 years old. He also hasa younger child, Romulus, who was born in September 2024, with Ashley St. Clair. • 15-year-old: His 14th child, Romulus, was born in September 2024, making him a newborn. There is no indication that Musk has a 15-year-old child, and public records do not show it. • 16-year-old: A 16-year-old child, X, was born in 2004 with musician Grimes. This is his fourth child with Grimes, and their second child together was born in 2020. • 13-year-old: A child named Romulus was born in September 2024 with Ashley St. Clair, making him a newborn.

Attor­ney Gen­er­al Ken Pax­ton Warns Hous­ton Methodist Hos­pi­tal Over Alleged COVID-19 Vac­cine Man­dates for Organ Trans­plant Patients Attorney General Ken Paxton sent a letter to Houston Methodist Hospital following allegations that the hospital system may deny organ transplants to patients who chose not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The letter directs Houston Methodist to clarify whether its policies comply with state law prohibiting discrimination against organ transplant patients based on vaccination status. This action comes amid reports that the hospital may have previously conditioned access to life-saving procedures, such as kidney transplants, on patients getting the COVID-19 vaccine. “Texans looking to receive medical care should never be turned away due to arbitrary COVID-19 vaccine mandates imposed by woke medical providers,” said Attorney General Paxton. “Vaccine mandates as a precondition for certain life-saving treatments may not only violate new state laws that became effective on September 1, but they also violate human dignity and run contrary to foundational principles of medical ethics. That’s why I’ve requested that Houston Methodist Hospital clarify its compliance with Texas’s new laws and position on vaccine mandates.” Texas law prohibits healthcare providers from denying organ transplants or related services solely because of a patient’s decision to receive or not receive a COVID-19 or other vaccination. The Attorney General has given Houston Methodist fourteen days to provide a written explanation of steps taken to comply. Failure to respond will result in the opening of a formal investigation. This action reaffirms Attorney General Paxton’s stance against COVID-19 vaccine mandates and reflects his commitment to protecting the rights and freedoms of Texans by challenging unlawful vaccine mandates. Teacher Removal and Districts Under Investigation Regarding Charlie Kirk Oklahoma City, OK - It has been one week since the horrific political assassination of Charlie Kirk. In that time, we have seen teachers and schools across Oklahoma display vile rhetoric promoting the killing of a man who stood for free speech and debate. Over the past week, we have received a total of 224 reports through our Awareity software on defamatory comments, 30 Awareity reports on not observing a moment of silence and 3 reports on schools who refused to fly their flag at half staff. Our OSDE teams have investigated each report and identified 70 certified teachers, from 44 districts, who have made statements regarding Charlie Kirk's murder and 12 school districts who did not participate in a moment of silence. Superintendent Walters has made it clear that all teachers must abide by a set of standards written into the code of conduct. Any teacher posting defamatory and egregious comments will NOT be teaching in Oklahoma classrooms and any school that refused to participate in a moment of silence and/or lower their flags for Charlie Kirk is currently under investigation. In Oklahoma, we will continue to put students before political indoctrination agendas.
