Second Gunpla kit of the weekend, the RX-78-01[FSD] Gundam FSD.
You know, I should really watch Origin at some point given this is my third kit I've built from it.
I love a dark Gundam, and the gatling gun is a lovely addition. Multiple weapon and shield options really sell the wartime ethos.

Second Gunpla kit of the weekend, the RX-78-01[FSD] Gundam FSD.

Back to Gunpla and I've built the MS-06S Zaku II (Red Comet Version) from Mobile Suit Gundam: the Origin.
So much more detail than the regular Zaku from the Origin line. Not to mention the extra weaponry!
Had to do the decals for Charlie even though I'm not the biggest fan of them in general.

I've just stuck in the DVD of Speed Racer and it's shocking how bad the quality of the adverts are.
One for Get Smart, one for the DS game. Both horrible quality. You could see the artifacts without trying.
The film is fine so I don't understand why they made the first things you see awful.

A friend of mine recently successfully defended her thesis and became a doctor. Inspired by the Finnish tradition of giving new doctors a special hat and sword, I gave her her own special hat and sword.
I'm yet to see her wearing them, but I'm waiting to!
