Doesn't even matter unless the deal is valid, and favorable to Ukraine. The aggressor should never profit from war. All land must be returned, and reparations must be given, along with strong security guarantees and freedom of Ukraine to pursue it's own national policies.

What do you think the Democrats should do if the Executive branch ignores the lawful orders of the court, then? More lawsuits? Maybe they need to get out and talk to the people and get them to care. That is incorrect, due to the corrupt Supreme Court. They have a ruling which states that the Constitution is NOT in effect unless Congress makes an additional law that it IS in effect. Totally corrupt, totally the law of the land. That's why no on is "brave enough" it's useless and wrong.

Not anymore. See the corrupt SC justice position on this. The corrupt SC says congress needs to pass some sort of law for this to be in effect. So while you are right about the Constitution it's the interpretation where the rubber meets the road.
