I've just shared some Electrum Bonus Content for our book "Dark Side of the Moon": a mix of apocryphal odds and ends we couldn't quite fit in the first time around, plus our art direction briefs, sketches and chats with cover artist John Sumrow and visionary genius Katrin Dirim.

And the new “Chromie Time” that dropped with Shadowlands let you ignore all that: roll a new toon, level them through one expansion of your choice, and then dive into the new stuff once you reached level 50.

When worlds collide: as a progressive #Glorantha fan I was delighted by the end of this week’s Origin Story podcast on “The Birth of Socialism.”

(This is one of my favourite podcasts, a successor to the wonderful Remainiacs, and is well worth checking out.)

Everyone has that origin story, if you will, where they’ve just been confronted, whether that’s their own life or maybe that’s something that they visited or witnessed, where they’ve go, this is disgusting. And it’s that, that’s the impulse of just like, surely we can do better than this. Even if you don’t have a plan or your plan is crazy and involves, like, the Goddess of the Moon, and so forth. DUNT: Like your own. LYNSKEY: Like my own. Mine would definitely involve the Goddess. DUNT: I do wish you would stop sending me WhatsApps about that plan because I don’t think I agree.

Part of page 161 of “ America Bewitched”: The current interest in the black arts is worldwide. In the early ‘seventies the Reuters news agency reported that a heated debate had taken place in the House of Commons about the rise of witchcraft in England after the then Home Secretary, Henry Brooke, had told the House that it was not a crime to be a witch and that witchcraft had ceased to be a criminal offence in 1735. The debate had broken out when certain members had expressed concern about the ever-increasing number of offenses brought to public attention that involved witchcraft, black magic and the like. “It is not in my mind,” said Lord Brooke, “two hun[dred and twenty-eight years later, to bring in fresh legislation on the subject].”
