But I really hope that once game world will be less constrained making it feel like a RPG and not tunel explorer it will become truly enjoyable. So I have hopes for "Rebirth" but first the DLC.

But honestly if it wasn't remake of VII I would probably not be so kind as the game really tested my patience many times and I think playing it on hard would drive me insane. Had real FFXIII flashbacks as it is a constant mixed bag of ideas/execution that manages to end up good thanks to its legacy.

The best "Final Fantasy" in years but at the same time full of frustrating constrains, tanky enemies, tedious movement and FFXIII DNA lingering in the background. Production values are insane, when it works it plays like a dream and art design (mostly) is top notch plus NOSTALGIA FEELS...

I was confused by this distinction and had to check Wikipedia to learn to my suprise that "Just Cause" studio is not behind the cursed magician game. That is kinda of a relief.

Not very surprising of Intermarché as in my local one there is a big wall add at the entrance that is pretty obvious an AI generated.

I personally hated the episode structure in first DOOM as it felt like being a Sisyphus and was glad I can finally hoard all the weapons and ammo in the second one.

"Perfect Blue" is even better than I remember with extremely tight story that do not feel rushed and get all the points across perfectly. Amazing soundtrack and editing makes this one of the best thrillers ever made.

Other thing that the new transfer to 4K done by Criterion looks like fire (film grain is back!) and I hope it will be released in Europe by someone.
