Me too, it was quite the saga. Was treated so well in Greece, 6 months out and I am walking well, ditched the cane completely a month ago.
Also, buy trip insurance with medical coverage. Insurance got me upgraded to business class, with a nurse on the flight home.

After 7 days of ins refusing me skilled nursing or rehab, they decided I shouldn't be hospitalized & denied coverage. Thankfully that was resolved. I'm glad to be able to even in such a small way.
