That is a good use of experiential learning! NGL, this exchange has inspired me to take a closer look at early talent development plans in diff orgs across this space.

BTW, did we...(theoretically) just solve the lack of compassion issue in the data field?? 😀

100% agree on a bi-directional approach.
As empathy + action = compassion, I'd go a step further and recommend interdisciplinary education + exposure to charity work/ social causes as key to building a more compassionate workforce/ work culture in data/ digital/ tech!
