it’s getting bad again and every time I think it might be over it gets worse

So my phone died last week Tuesday like to the point where it was get a completely new one one or do an insurance claim which I did and it was supposed to be here last Friday and it just got here tonight so I’ve been spending the last 3 hours getting it re set up.
