In most US states at this point, the threshold you're describing would require the minimum wage to be somewhere between $30 in the deep red flyover states to $47 in California.

At the end of the day joining the missile defense network is the only way Canada could feasibly circumvent it, and still be able to have a meaningful deterrent against the US: its own nuclear weapons, inside the dome.

Yep, I've worked several election security audits, in three different countries. I have only seen significant fraud 3 times in my career, all in the US.
