Of the 9% that is taxed, 1/3 goes to holders in the form of MOOJ and ALGO. 1/3 of it goes to the Treasury for expenses like seeding pools, marketing, paying server/API fees, etc. The remaining 1/3 is burned permanently using the popular Bonfire burn service.
