Despite a limp ending, #TheOuterWorlds2 is a fantastic sequel that mostly fulfills the promise of an Obsidian RPG.
Crazy weapons. Satisfying combat. Deep role playing. A lovable party of characters. A reactive world. But the real surprise was how dense its world building is.
