When I hear the phrase "waste, fraud and abuse" the only thing I think of is the word order.
Why did reverse alphabetical order the words become the popular way to say this phrase?
Maybe it's because "waste" has a hard /æ/ sound?

NEPA is gonna see some changes. None of them good. I've been following this since the DC Appellate Court ruling in November. Congress never gave CEQ the ability to issue regulations. #archaeology #CRM
