Changing the world... well, buses, parking, trains, ports and airports access; that's enough world, isn't it?
Understandable hesitation from parts of the industry, querying whether this will be funded by reduced services... but UK rail fares are breathtakingly high by comparison with European neighbours, so perhaps worth a substantive review.
