It’s too hot between the two of them and their powers are buzzing around his body in an invisible tug-of-war. Bez wants to tell them to stop but his throat feels like it’s being coated in layers of paint and like his voice is being dragged out of him. He blinks his eyes back open to see the magic rope snaking its way towards his chest and the moment—fucking hell what is that—it stabs into him like fangs.
