In an attempt to ignore the chaos & sheer inhumanity of the current Fed. US Govt., I made a new purse. Luckily I have enough supplies for a lot of crafts, since tariffs increased costs. I ordered a few rivets so I can finish this bag, & cost & shipping time have tripled. #sewing #crafts #bagmaking

Looks yummy. I baked some cookies this am, packed them up before the rally, then after the rally picked up a few chickens/ribs/sides and dropped it all off at a local homeless shelter.

This is our solar input, and our output. And yes, we have lots of nighttime, and some rainy cloudy days. We also have used AC, but still, during those daylight hrs. we created more energy than used. BTW, I didn't pay a penny for electricity last year, solar did it all, even with the moon glowing.

In a few weeks I leave with the grands for Scotland and Paris, almost 3 whole weeks. Here is one of the places we are staying, it is an old Abbey in Fort Augustus, UK, converted to apartments. I've stayed here before, and can't wait for the respit from the evil that runs the US.

My daughter sent me this photo of my two grands getting ready to celebrate their uncle's wedding. I live near them but never tire of them or seeing photos of them (or their cousins).

We have dozens of mountain blue birds eating the grasshoppers and other bugs on our property. The male is much bluer, but this female sat still long enough for hubs to get a photo. Soothing medicine in this storm at sea caused by our current government (USA, where else?).

I don't decorate royal frosting cookies often because it is time consuming, and I'm only so-so at it for all the time I put in (about 3-4 hours of just decorating 15 - 20 cookies), but I do enjoy it. These are for the eye doctors office. They eye chart is air brushed.

Helena, MT. About 2000. A few maggots tried to use their big flags and horns to disrupt (honestly, like 3 trucks), but we had more & bigger flags and yelled louder. Gov. Marc Racicot was a keynote. He was our 'Republican' governor for 2 terms. They kicked him out when he spoke against the felon.

@nytimes.com Your map of protests is off the mark. How about you pay your reporters what they are worth & send them out to find out how many protests there really were. Here in MT, we had many more than Billings, & so many others had many, many more. Pay your staff and do your job. Here is Helena.

Helena, MT turned out. It looked to be a few thousand people, and a couple maggots tried to disrupt (shoutout to the police who did not make a large presence, but did stop the maggots).

This is how I found my (small blue) car when I returned to the parking lot. Owners claim I wasn't there & I must have driven into it. I'd have to be blind. There was a white car there when I parked. I stood outside, waited 45 minutes, cop said I could leave (he had all their info from the license).
