If you have some time on your hands along with a bit of networking and linux know how you could set up your own VPN on the free tier of Oracle Cloud. It has a ridiculous 10 TB a month outbound traffic allowance. The San Jose data center works well for me.

That's what IEMs are for, they fit nice and snug in your ear canals. Some ear tips are even ribbed for your pleasure.
