To change the Constitution the GOP would need 2/3rds vote of both Houses of Congress and ratification by 3/4th of the State legislatures. That would mean 66 Senators - now they have 51 and 290 House members - now they have 218. The midterms don't look to favor them enough to get a super majority.

Yeah it is fun. I’ve created [curated?] around 30 podcasts using Wikipedia links as the source. The podcasts are created in less than 5 minutes and a good way to learn about different subjects.
