The hi-chew were an unexpected delight i actually almost cried because they made it feel more special thank you

still a hot mess of sketch lines but i thought it was maybe time i gave Calamity some more serious art and also that might just be the best ive ever drawn his dang feet! labeling as graphic since there is a severed head but nothing terribly detailed or colored

i will complain every time i draw his feet but i also must admit they are very satisfying once they start to look like something. also also im seeing just now that i think i need to move the "thumb" toe on the closest foot, its too far back and looks like its on the wrong side

I love getting delightful little gifts when i order things! Just got some new perfumes from Alkemia and they sent this sticker too. She is going right onto my pc. Its even funnier to me since i tend to like more romantic themed scents 10/10 they are my favorite place for perfume

Its done! And i did definitely try it on while wearing a sweatshirt and also have to use the kennel mirror so theres nothing aesthetic about this but its done and pretty!

Just needs a touch of hand sewing and grommets and it will be wearable! Then its on to the skirt/bustle/ruffles situation that im probably gonna make detachable. Also it super doesnt fit my dress form because my dress form doesnt have a human shaped stomach area

Still havent cut his hair yet but apparently hes dark enough that my phone swaps to night mode trying to take a picture of his face lol

Waiting for glue to dry and can i just say i hate gluing doll hair so much its the absolute worst part of doll making bar none theres doll yarn hair fibers EVERYWHERE

Trying out making some pre glued yarn hair wefts! Saw someone do this to make doll wigs and thought it might make gluing directly to the doll a lot easier too. Down side its humid and i have to wait for the glue to dry completely

Next is figuring out hair but hes looking really good so far! I hated every single second of painting the piercings on his tail btw and the belly and back piercings are different so clothing doesn't have any issues with them

I am basically out of mr super clear so detail scars have to wait but i am so happy with how the meaty scars came out! So much better than i had hoped with them just being foam clay and elmers glue

My doll crimes continue with the successful attachment of a tail. It needs a little half arrow head hook at the end and just a smidge more clay down the length but right now i gotta wait for glue to dry again because the glue i used to seal the scars reactivates in water (as does the foam clay)
