To add another point: it can be immensely therapeutic for survivors to process their experiences through art. Some of us even (gasp!) sexualize and romanticize and exaggerate our experiences through it! And if we chose to post it we can bond with others who went through the same or similar!

Also, what about stories where highlighting the abusive aspect of an interaction *is the point*? Not every depiction of nudity or sex is something you're meant to get off to. Does that content and those stories just no longer have a place on this site?

Hey, its me. Any of that can ruin muy day or at least let me unable to function for hours. I recommend ear buds (like loops) and/or white noise. I have a big air purifier for allergies etc and sometimes I put it only for the noise. Same with dehumidifier. Or a simple fan in summer.
