Sounds like Feline Herpes Virus activation, most cats carry the virus since kittenhood and when it flares up it causes runny nose, fever, and lethargy. Has the weather suddenly changed, or has their routine changed? I know it makes them miserable, but the good news is that it isn't dangerous at all.
