If this role wasn’t an urgent hire, I’d say go for it. But sadly, we are needing someone to fill this role asap without the need of relocations, visas, etc.

Okay, I heard back and it looks like I’ll be involved with the interview. As well as the production manager!
I recently was moved to work on another team within production, so I’m not too sure about if you’d report to me, but the Prod. Manager would be someone you’d report to. So I hope that helps.
