It reminds me of the "Real Ads" bit Conan used to do, where when they'd pan down to the bottom of the package one of the pickle balls would be saying something like "I wish I was dead" or whatever.

I did the same when I got back into it 5-ish years ago. You could get those box sets for $10-15 then, so I went nuts. Woot has several Ultraman figures right now on clearance, & if you buy 5 you get 80% off. I bought 6 or 7 of 'em for like $13 shipped. But I'm that big of a dork.

Oh, wow. I grew up with it in the early 70's. The crazy part is when Covid hit & I started working from home is when I learned that there was another roughly 3895635 Ultraman series. I had no idea - thought the first one was the only one forever.

I didn't see the game ( at the movies ) but heard about the dingers on the way home via the postgame. My wife asked why I was laughing so hard, & I told her about the prediction/comment.
