Migraine Update. A long-awaited DHE treatment has been scheduled for the end of the month... it might not fix me for good. But I'm hoping for a big reduction in attacks. Currently, at 181 attacks in 90 days... anything is better than this.

Over the last 90 days, my chronic migraines (pre and post effects, and pain during) have added up to 55.5 full days of pain, vertigo, disorientation, and more. But it has been every single day with an average of 16 hours of attack pain a day. This 8 month period is the longest and worst I have had.

I know almost nothing about everything. There are an endless number of topics out there, and learning everything is pretty much impossible. What isn't endless is my curiosity to learn and speak from a space of expanding exploration. I do this to NOT sound smart... but to not sound totally ignorant.

For years, it has seemed that whenever anyone goes to meet with Trump, they come away infected with a totally changed personality. It reminds of BrainDead (CBS 2016), where insects have eaten the brains of the political powerful and are planning nefarious actions. Maybe?
