Topia, as in Utopia works best for me.

The city is intended to be a Utopia (though firmly plasters of or ignores cracks until the events of the movie).

Tropolis doesn’t have the same puny ring to it…and Metropolis and Zootropolis don’t quite convert as neatly as Utopia and Zootopia.
